As a Senior Specialist – Supply Planner, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead – Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.

Your mission

– Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear.
– Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
– Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
– Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
– Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements.

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods.
– Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Anaplan is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including supply planning, demand planning, production planning, logistics, etc.
– Business proficiency in English is required. Other languages are a plus.

By acting as a collaborative bridge across diverse stakeholders, the team aligns critical planning paths to ensure accuracy, accountability, and seamless execution across all product categories.
