Your mission
– Center of Excellence (CoE) Strategy: Define and lead the roadmap for Procurement Excellence, ensuring the organization has the right tools, processes, and governance to succeed.
– Synergy Identification: Partner with other Indirect Procurement teams (IT, Marketing, Facilities, etc.) to identify cross-functional cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
– Process Standardization: Create and standardize internal procurement policies, SOPs, and reporting to drive continuous visibility and accountability.
– Best Practice Implementation: Establish and champion a “best-in-class” sourcing toolkit, including standardized RFP templates, negotiation playbooks, and contract management standards.

– Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure procurement alignment on global goals and compliance.
– Performance Management: Own the procurement KPI dashboard, providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to give leadership visibility into value creation and project critical paths.
– Change Management: Act as a change agent, training new and existing team members on procurement tools and maintaining updated training materials.
– Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek business optimization opportunities to drive sustainable cost savings and build data-driven business cases to support recommendations.
Your story
– Relevant Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement excellence, category management, or project management in fast-paced environments, backed by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
– Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You excel at conducting operational root-cause analyses to elevate procurement maturity, optimize processes, and build compelling, data-driven business cases.
– Stakeholder Management & Influence: You quickly establish trust and credibility across diverse global teams, engaging executive-level stakeholders with strong business judgment, discretion, and tact.
– Change Leadership & Resilience: You act as a persistent change agent, navigating organizational shifts with resilience, diplomacy, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
– Accountability & Project Delivery: You serve as a single source of truth, expertly tracking critical action items, driving data-intensive projects, and aligning cross-functional teams.
– Technical Proficiency: You are hands-on with modern procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms) and possess expert proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Communication & Languages: You have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to work effectively across global and remote teams; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
