Operations

In short

Lead and optimize the end-to-end in-country logistics network. This role serves as the primary strategic liaison for 3PL partners, accountable for driving continuous process improvement, effectively balancing high-level demand and supply, and ensuring superior operations from inbound shipment to final customer delivery.

Your mission

– Strategic Capacity & Growth Planning

Define and Plan Capacity Requirements: Proactively define and coordinate seasonal logistical capacity requirements—including space, resources, and service capabilities—with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound flow of goods for the assigned country.

Translate Strategy to Execution: Develop seasonal logistical strategies into concrete, quantifiable daily, weekly, and monthly capacity KPIs. Monitor and report these actionable KPIs to management for operational visibility, bottleneck identification, proactive decision-making, and efficient resource utilization within the assigned country.

Distribution Network Optimization: Lead strategic projects to enhance the distribution network’s service levels and achieve sustainable cost reduction, measured by improved On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) performance and documented savings.

– Advanced Inbound & Outbound Governance

Performance Oversight and Continuous Improvement: Oversee warehouse outbound KPIs across all sales channels (B2B, DTCe, and DTCr), conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for deviations and implementing timely Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with APAC Operations and 3PL partners to ensure continuous improvement in fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.

End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility and Exception Management: Proactively maintain complete visibility of all in-transit inbound shipments, using tracking systems and collaboration to anticipate and prevent potential delays. Act as the primary liaison for resolving exceptions—such as customs holds or carrier issues—to ensure an uninterrupted flow of goods.

End-to-End Logistics & Transportation Management: Seamlessly manage the entire flow of goods, coordinating cross-functionally to align logistics with demand and guarantee on-time delivery. This involves robust order prioritization, strategic transportation selection balancing cost, speed, and reliability, and transparent communication of potential delays to all stakeholders.

– Inventory Control & Financial Management

Process Standardization & Optimization: Lead the establishment and documentation of essential SOPs with our 3PL partner to streamline critical operational workflows, reduce variability, and optimize service delivery, especially for commercially strategic customers.

Inventory Integrity & Management: Lead all periodic inventory processes, including planning and executing quarterly and annual cycle counts, to maintain high stock accuracy. Proactively investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize shrinkage and ensure optimal stock availability.

Budget Ownership, Financial Management & Cost Control: Take full ownership of the logistics budget, including annual planning, forecasting, and rigorous expenditure tracking. Critically, validate and audit all 3PL invoices for accuracy, contract compliance, and cost justification, ensuring cost-effectiveness, cost savings, and alignment with operational and financial objectives.
