Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company founded in 1973. At a time when all life on earth is under threat of extinction, we aim to use the resources we have—our business, our investments, our voice and our imagination—to influence changes needed to protect our planet. A registered B Corporation and founding member of 1% for the Planet, Patagonia is recognised internationally for its commitment to product quality and environmental activism, contributing over $145 million in grants and in-kind donations to thousands of grassroots environmental groups around the world.

Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. This internship contributes to that purpose by supporting Patagonia’s EMEA stores in delivering consistent, well-organised marketing and impact initiatives. The Retail Marketing Intern plays a hands-on role in day-to-day coordination across stores, HQ, and external partners, helping teams access the right tools, assets, and support to bring community events to life.

Main tasks:

  • Retail Marketing Asset Coordination: Coordinate incoming requests from retail stores for marketing and social media assets for events, working closely with an (external) designer to support production timelines, feedback rounds, and delivery. Gain exposure to creative processes while helping ensure assets are on brand and delivered on time.

  • Promotional Items Coordination: Support the coordination of pan-European order rounds for retail promotional items, helping stores submit requests, consolidating inputs, and coordinating with suppliers. Contribute to keeping orders organized, within provided budget and on track so stores are equipped for their activations.

  • Retail Events Support: Support the progression of the retail marketing events program by assisting store teams across the planning, execution, and follow-up of events. Help coordinate timelines, gather inputs, and collect feedback, playing a supporting role in ensuring events run smoothly and learnings are captured for future improvements.

  • Event Platform Support (Splash): Assist store teams in building and publishing event pages on the Splash platform, helping ensure event information is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. Develop familiarity with event tooling and support troubleshooting where needed.

  • Administrative & Project Support: Provide support across day-to-day administrative tasks, reporting and ongoing retail marketing projects, including new store openings and ad hoc initiatives. Learn how retail marketing programs come together while helping maintain structure and organisation across the team.

What we’re looking for:

• An inclusive mindset

• Currently enrolled in university or recent (2026) graduate in Marketing or a related field

• Affinity with, or experience in, a retail environment is a plus

• Developing coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and timelines in a structured way

• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate with different teams across stores and HQ

• Clear and open communication style, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset, ensuring tasks are followed through

• Fluency in English; in addition, fluency in other European languages is a plus

• A love of the outdoors

• An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work
