We’re looking for Record to Report Accounting Specialist (JE & Reporting) for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków.

What you will be doing

• Process independently daily, monthly and ad-hoc tasks according to the PDO team assignment within RTR area
• Assist with interim and year- end audits  
• Perform closing tasks according to the group schedule 
• Interface with Financial Controllers in communicating and resolving issues and discrepancies 
• Maintain and update process documentation (Process Maps, DTPs) 
• Maintain good working relationship with internal customers 
• Performs other accounting tasks and requirements and assists in other projects as requested and needed 

What you need to succeed

• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Practical knowledge of accounting or audit processes
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in SAP Finance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude.
• Excellent task and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
