We’re looking for Order to Cash Assistant (Claims Processing Assistant)  for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków

What you will be doing

  • Collect and upload required documents to customer portals and internal trackers.
  • Maintain dispute trackers and logs with accurate status updates.
  • Perform basic Excel tasks, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, simple pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs using team-provided templates.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and requests from collectors and other departments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you need to succeed

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service or similar role.
  • Two years post-high school education preferred.
  • Basic SAP knowledge and related tools/applications.
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic pivots, formatting, shortcuts).
  • Follows established processes and procedures accurately.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with guidance.
  • Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Learns independently while proactively seeking support when needed.
  • Works under close supervision with closely monitored progress and workload management.
