As a Project Manager & Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving this transformation—working with highly skilled teams across IT, business, and external partners to deliver impactful digital solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager within the IT Operations & Infrastructure domain
  • Lead and support teams in applying Agile principles, mindset, and ceremonies
  • Drive continuous improvement, identify bottlenecks, and promote best practices
  • Manage cross-functional IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, budget, quality, and security
  • Coach and guide solution architects, product owners, engineers, and external partners
  • Facilitate Agile rituals (sprints, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure effective collaboration
  • Ensure clear prioritization and alignment of business requirements
  • Remove impediments and support teams in delivering efficiently
  • Maintain strong communication across stakeholders, IT teams, and business units globally
  • Contribute to building and scaling an Agile organization across IT Operations & Infrastructure

What you need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
  • Proven experience in driving Agile ways of working in tech environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Kanban)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with high autonomy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or related field
  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously develop skills
  • Clear and constructive communication across roles and functions
