As a Supply Planner Specialist, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead – Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.

Your mission

– Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear.

– Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.

– Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

– Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

– Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements .

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.

– 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods.

– Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

– Business proficiency in English is required.
