As a fast-growing global sports brand reaching millions of runners, On is leading the way in building an authentic community, with direct fan interaction at major sporting expos, run crews, cultural moments, own brand format events and retail grassroots activities. We are looking for a Specialist, Marketing in Hong Kong to ensure premium and consistent brand presentation across all consumer touchpoints — in both direct-to-consumer stores (DTC) to key wholesale accounts.

This role offers exposure to all ranges of marketing functions, with a primary focus on retail marketing. The Specialist, Marketing will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, and Brand Experience teams to strengthen the brand’s positioning and growth across the region.

Your mission

DTC and Wholesale Retail Marketing (50%)
– Support trade marketing initiatives for key wholesale accounts, malls and direct-to-consumer stores.
– Lead new store opening marketing initiatives in Hong Kong & Macau to maximise the brand awareness and drive traffic to the shops.
– Partner with selected wholesale accounts and malls to develop campaign plans that align with global campaigns’ direction and regional priorities.
– Support the rollout of retail marketing and campaign tools at both direct-to-consumer stores and the stores of key wholesale partners, coordinating all the logistics necessary internally with the Brand Experience team and externally with the agency.
– Support the go-to-market process, including seasonal planning, tradeshow preparation, and alignment of key product stories with marketing activations.

Marketing Campaigns Management (40%)
– Lead the launch for Tier 2 marketing campaigns – include all of the strategic planning, execution and evaluation of the effectiveness of the campaign.
– Support in launching Tier 1 campaigns in the region.
– Download all the necessary campaign information from the global team for the regional plan. Communicate effectively with a global team on regional needs and plan prior to the launch.

Other Marketing Supports (10%)
– Handle the market intelligence report on a regular basis
Purchase orders management
– Marketing samples and gifts with purchase management

Your story

– 5-6 years of marketing experience in sportswear, retail, or consumer lifestyle industry.
– Active lifestyle enthusiast.
– Strong communicator and presenter, fluent in english, cantonese and mandarin.
– Creative mind with strong commercial sense.
– Self-starter with a proactive mindset, can-do attitude and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
– All-rounded experience in all marketing disciplines include trade marketing, brand marketing, event and project management.
