Reporting to the Head of IR, you’ll support activities across reporting, events, and market monitoring, strengthening the team’s analytical and operational foundations. This is a developmental role designed to build the skills, exposure, and judgment to take on increased strategic contribution over time.

Your mission

You will support the execution of On’s IR agenda, contributing to the preparation, coordination, and delivery of core activities while building the foundations for a career in IR.

Your responsibilities include:
– Supporting the development of IR content by gathering inputs and contributing to clear, structured messaging across reporting and events.
– Assisting in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including presentations, Q&A documents, factsheets, and supporting analysis.
– Supporting investor and analyst engagement through meeting preparation, tracking enquiries, and maintaining engagement records.
– Helping maintain core IR tools and resources, including ownership tracking, analyst coverage, internal materials, and the IR website.
– Helping monitor peer performance, sector developments, and analyst research, and summarising relevant insights for the IR team and internal stakeholders.
– Supporting the operational execution of key investor moments, including earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and the Annual General Meeting.

Your story

You bring strong organisational skills, analytical curiosity, and an interest in how companies communicate strategy and performance to investors.

You have:
– 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, or a related field, including relevant internships or early-career roles. Preferably at least a Bachelor’s degree in – Finance, Economics, Business, or similar.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, combining an interest in storytelling and presentation quality with solid financial literacy and confidence working with data and numbers.
– A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
– The ability to build effective internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
– Motivation to develop into a broader IR role with increasing strategic responsibility over time.

You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team, sitting in Finance but partnering closely with teams across the organisation and senior management to deliver best-in-class investor engagement across reporting, events, and daily market interactions.
