In short

Color and Material Management will ensure the right color & material of On Apparel by building and maintaining processes, platforms & training modules at On and onboarding T1 & T2 suppliers.

Your mission

– Setting up a digitized color approval process with the help of data analytics and color platforms/tools.

– Digitize supplier performance review on color and material development using tools like Smartsheet/ERP/PLM/Looker/Hex.

– Building and maintaining a digital & physical color library.

– Color lab dip evaluation of Apparel materials for color, hand feel, and quality.

– Track and hand over the approved lab dip to the production quality team for bulk approval.

– Review suppliers’ color performance and take action for continuous improvement.

– Partner with the color and material team based in Switzerland

Your story

– 2-3 years of relevant work experience in color (textile preferred).

– Familiar with the DataColor spectrophotometer.

– Knowledge of textile material, color theory, and lab testing (preferred, not mandatory).

– Must be driven & able to work in a fast-paced environment.

– User proficiency in Excel/Power BI, Smartsheet, PLM, and data visualization tools.

– Highly organized – able to deal with multiple activities and meetings with suppliers & factories.

– Good spoken & written English.
