Your mission

Over the course of the program, you will not only be at the frontline to know about the product, connect consumers, and gain market insight, but also understand how to realize On’s vision and commission with us. Over the 18-months, you will gain invaluable experience and a holistic understanding of the excellent operations and people development. It will set you up for success to start as a true functional expert in one of the teams with the potential to become a future leader in our dynamic organization.

Your story

You finished your education no longer than 2 years ago between 01/07/2022 and 01/07/2024 and could be but is not limited to BA, MA or any other educational program (graduation time in mainland China subject to graduation certificate, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China as well as overseas colleges and universities subject to degree certificate).
A sports lover, open-minded to connect with consumers, having a strong sense of service, standing in the perspective of customers to think and strive to solve problems, and delivering Wow experience to consumers.
A growth and entrepreneurship spirit, strong commitment to grow with the brand.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) and have good communication skills.
Accept internal mobility for your career development opportunity out of On’’s rapid growth.
Accept the nature of the retail industry, such as morning and evening shifts, holiday attendance, etc.
在2022年7月1日至2024年7月1日期间完成学业不超过2年，可以但不限于学士、硕士或任何其他教育课程（中国大陆的毕业时间以毕业证书为准， 中国港、澳、台地区以及海外高等院校需颁发学位证书）
热爱运动，以开放的心态与消费者沟通，具有强烈的服务意识，站在客户的角度思考并努力解决问题，为消费者带来Wow体验。

流利的英语（书面和口头）和良好的沟通能力。
