We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and trend-savvy Sales Representative to join our growing Southern Europe sales team, with a specific focus on sneaker, streetwear and fashion accounts, including the most influential sneaker destinations, premium concept stores and boutiques.
This role is essential to:
– Strengthening our brand presence in the Spanish market
– Consolidate and develop our premium distribution network across many
channels, from Top Fashion boutiques to Generalist Sporting Goods stores
Your mission
– Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with our Spanish accounts covering all distribution channels from running specialty through sports generalists to sneaker and fashion accounts
– Identify and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s global brand direction and distribution strategy
– Drive sell-in and support sell-out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments.
– Deliver inspiring seasonal presentations and lead sell-in meetings that align with global product and brand narratives.
– Ensure brand consistency across accounts, from in-store experience to digital presentation, in coordination with our visual merchandising and marketing teams.
– Leverage data and market insight to guide assortment and account planning.
– Partner with customer service, operations, and finance to ensure high service levels and smooth execution.
– Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
– Maintain sales-related budgets and support forecasting and demand planning processes
– Act as brand ambassador in the field — visiting stores, participating in brand activations, and staying close to the consumer.
Your story
– Typically, 5+ years of experience in sales, account management or brand roles
within the Sportswear or Fashion industry. We welcome candidates from
international and dynamic environments (e.g. retail/ wholesale, international
brand roles).
– Passionate about sports, culture, and community — with an authentic
connection to the sports (inspired) world.
– Demonstrate strong determination and motivation to work for On brand,
combined with the ability to thrive and adapt in highly dynamic and cross- functional environments.
– A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are essential to fulfil job responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
– Native or C1+ level, Spanish and English (written and spoken) are required to fulfil this position needed to work as part of our local team and as English is On’s shared professional language.
– Availability to travel frequently across Spain and occasionally within Europe.

As Sales Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio in Spain. Your role will be pivotal in executing our distribution strategy, translating our global brand strategy into tailored local execution.
You will collaborate with fellow sales team members, marketing, merchandising, and operations to bring the On brand to life in unique and engaging ways.
