Supply Chain

In short

We are looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Senior Specialist to join our growing Japan & Korea team. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for the thorough planning, execution, and integrity of the assigned regional orderbook, directly contributing to optimal product availability and superior on-time fulfillment across all channels.

Acting as a subject matter expert in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Looker, you will manage the end-to-end order release lifecycle. You will balance complex demand and supply signals, resolve discrepancies, and work proactively with internal stakeholders and external 3PL partners to maintain a seamless flow of goods.

Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a key partner to our Commercial, Logistics, and APAC Supply Chain functions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, deliver impactful data-driven insights (such as OTIF performance), lead S&OE discussions, and champion the continuous improvement of operational processes in an ever-evolving, high-growth environment.

Your mission

– Strategic Planning & Allocation: Collect and evaluate volume forecasts across various sales channels to distribute key insights to crucial Operations stakeholders. Drive allocation strategies across both extended and near-term fulfillment horizons to optimize order prioritization and secure product availability.
– Orderbook Execution & S&OE Alignment: Own the integrity of the regional orderbook, aligning cross-functional teams through data-driven discussions to manage near-term plans, identify supply gaps, distinguish forecasted demand from actual order consumption, and minimize sales risks and volatility.
– Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and own key operational metrics like OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance, performing deep-dive root-cause analyses for deviations and implementing effective solutions to improve fulfillment capabilities.
– Systems & Process Optimization: Serve as a power user and advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Looker, systematically reviewing and upgrading workflows from order placement to delivery to increase scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
– Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration: Drive regional success by fostering collaboration with APAC and global orderbook teams, local warehouse partners (3PLs), and internal functions (Commercial, Account Service, Logistics) to contribute innovative ideas and effective, scalable processes tailored to local market demands.

Your story

– Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in orderbook management, account management, sales planning, inventory planning, or a similar operations role (experience in the sports, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus).
– Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills across a matrix organization with multiple regional and global stakeholders.
– Mindset: Curious, positive, and action-oriented self-starter with a strong “getting things done” attitude, flexibility to respond to changing priorities, and attention to detail.
– Core Capabilities: Proven experience with inventory management, allocation planning, process optimization, S&OE leadership, and data analytics.
– Problem Solving: Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities to resolve local order and inventory discrepancies.
– Technical Skills: Deep expertise or high familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 Expert is a big plus) and BI tools (such as Looker).
– Languages: Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency or fluency in Japanese and/or Korean is highly preferred to effectively collaborate with local teams and commercial partners in Japan and Korea.

Meet the team

We, the APAC team, are responsible for developing our brand across the APAC region. APAC is made up of markets managed by distribution partners as well as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Oceania—markets that we manage directly with our own teams.
As we’re combining both to build one region, we’re exploring and defining how to work together as we’re seeing the business grow—and planning for increased growth in the future. With this in mind, we’re a team that’s on the move, enjoying the opportunity to shape and seeing the results of our work every day.
The Japan & Korea operations team is a key pillar within this regional function. We are focused and data-driven, but are also action-oriented and able to multitask. We are continuously challenging the status quo and the “industry standard” to build the future of sports and lifestyle operations.
