Support one of the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brands by driving the apparel retail allocation strategy across Greater China.
In this role, you will be responsible for in-season execution excellence, ensuring optimal product flow, strong sell-through, and healthy inventory levels across stores. You will work closely with the Apparel Planning Lead to translate assortment and buying strategies into effective allocation and replenishment actions.
You will play a critical role in accelerating the apparel business growth, especially through key initiatives such as pilot stores, NSO (new store opening) and seasonal launches.
Your mission
– Drive apparel allocation & replenishment strategy, execute allocation strategies aligned with assortment plans and business priorities
– Maximize in-season performance by monitoring key KPIs including ST%, MOS, OOS and broken size
– Support NSO with accurate and timely stock allocation
– Analyze sales performance across regions, stores. Translate data into actional insights to improve allocation decisions
– Partner with Retail operations, VM and marketing to ensure alignment between planning strategy and in-season execution
Your story
6+ years of experience in allocation, merchandising or retail planning (preferable in fashion/sports industry)
– Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management and allocation logic
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actions
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
– Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
– Comfortable working with data tools and systems
– Language: Professional English
Meet the team
As a part of the DTC team at On, you will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focused on efficient growth at high speed.
You will be part of the Apparel merchandising team, working closely with the apparel planning lead, as well as cross-functional partners including Retail operations, VM, Marketing, Demand planning and Business intelligence.
You will also collaborate with Central allocation and OTL functions to ensure strong inventory control and optimization across channels.
