On is a fast-growing sportswear brand, and with this growth comes an exciting opportunity to support the Commercial Got To Market (GTM) team. We are looking for a maternity leave cover to help lead the operational delivery of our showroom GTM programs across our global showroom fleet.
As Senior Specialist, Commercial Showrooms, you will oversee the readiness of our showrooms and temporary spaces for key GTM milestones throughout the year. This includes making sure samples, services, calendars, facilities, operational setup, and overall space quality are ready on time and to the right standard.
You will also coordinate the execution of our global showroom program for sell-ins across our showroom network, working closely with regional teams, visual merchandising, commercial samples, facilities, workplace teams, and showroom champions. This is a hands-on and highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots, solving problems quickly, and creating a premium, welcoming experience for everyone using the space. The role will report to the Lead, Partner Experience within the Commercial GTM team.
Your mission
– Own showroom readiness for key GTM milestones, ensuring spaces are prepared on time with the right setup, samples, tools, services, and overall quality in line with our global showroom program guidelines.
– Support the setup and execution of temporary showrooms and event spaces for key brand and commercial moments, coordinating sample availability, storage, packing, returns, and on-site readiness.
– Directly manage and own the sample process for selected GTM Milestones hosted at HQ in Zurich. This includes the inbounding, receipt, unpacking, storage, and preparation of commercial samples ahead of each milestone, ensuring samples are organized and ready for Visual Merchandising teams to complete showroom setup on time.
– Support the rollout of seasonal activations and showroom upgrades across the global showroom fleet, coordinating feedback from the regions, fixture changes, new tools, communication needs, setup requirements, and readiness with regional showroom champions and global program owners.
– Build cross-functional partnerships with Commercial GTM teams, Commercial Samples, Visual Merchandising, Office & Facilities management, and regional sales teams to align timelines, clarify responsibilities, solve issues quickly, and ensure all inputs are delivered on time.
Your story
– Typically we look for around 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination, operations, retail activation, showroom management, events, or a similar role, ideally supporting launches, seasonal activations, or commercial milestones.
– Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects across global and regional teams, with the ability to manage timelines, align stakeholders, build trust quickly, and drive execution across multiple workstreams within complex organizations.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, hands-on mindset, with the ability to build trust quickly, create rapport across teams, and find practical solutions when things change.
– Preferably you’re familiar with commercial sample operations, including inbounding, inventory tracking, unpacking, organization, replenishment, packing, and returns management, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and accountability ahead of key GTM milestones.
– A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain momentum when priorities or plans shift.
– Naturally collaborative and relationship-driven, with the ability to create strong partnerships across functions, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and know when and how to engage the right people to move work forward.
– Flexible and comfortable moving between milestone planning and day-to-day operational execution depending on business needs, with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality outcomes.
– A strong hosting mentality with an understanding that showrooms represent the brand experience, consistently creating spaces that feel premium, welcoming, organized, and ready for impactful partner interactions.
