Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. The Product & Supply Chain Business Analyst strengthens Patagonia EMEA’s operational excellence by improving the processes and systems that power the Product function, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and global strategic frameworks. The role translates business needs into scalable systems, data models and workflows that enhance accuracy, efficiency and collaboration across Product, Supply Chain and cross regional partners.
Main tasks:
· Product process expertiseMaintains a deep understanding of Product and Supply Chain processes across EMEA and identifies opportunities to streamline, standardize and improve workflows. Ensures that regional practices operate effectively within Patagonia’s global frameworks while maintaining the autonomy needed for EMEA operational realities.
· Business requirements & system designTranslates business needs into user stories, functional specifications and process flows for systems supporting the Product function. Collaborates with US-based teams, EMEA stakeholders and technical partners to ensure system enhancements reflect operational priorities and long-term scalability.
· Cross functional project partnershipLeads the Product function’s contribution to cross-functional EMEA initiatives and global projects by facilitating scope definition, mapping dependencies and coordinating alignment with Planning, Logistics, Merchandising and IT teams. Ensures that regional considerations are well represented in global system and process decisions.
· Testing, change management & adoptionCoordinates testing cycles for system improvements—including regression, UAT and release readiness—ensuring functionality aligns with business expectations. Drives change management by conducting impact analysis, developing documentation and facilitating training to embed updated ways of working across the region.
· Operational data integrity & reportingOversees key operational processes such as the 7th online import to D365, inventory related data flows and reporting dashboards for the Product team. Ensures high levels of data accuracy and provides insights that enable effective inventory, replenishment and order related decisions across EMEA.

Good understanding of testing & implementation practices
Executes structured testing cycles, validates system functionality and ensures readiness before deployment across regional Product processes and systems. -
Full understanding of data integrity & operational reporting
Ensures accuracy of product and inventory data, builds reporting structures and identifies data driven opportunities to improve replenishment, allocation and operational performance. -
Good understanding of change management & communication
Delivers clear documentation, facilitates training and drives adoption of new tools and processes by ensuring teams understand impacts, benefits and required behavioral shifts. -

• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
