Overview of Role

Reporting to the PPID Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring every Brand Partner (BP) project that enters the development process with the BOA® Fit System receives world-class support and cust omer service throughout the entire product lifecycle.

As a PPID Specialist you will ensure a seamless launch and long-term success in the market by acting as the communication liaison for all development related topics between internal resources and BOA’s Brand Partners. Therefore, you will be the primary contact for all brand and factory developers, designers, and other development contacts.

 

 

Core Responsibilities

Work with the BOA Account Managers to support Brand Partner plans by responding to requests, building relationships with Brand Partners and their factories, and executing upon agreed actions
Master the development process of Brand Partners, and utilize the resources and tools available to align Brand Partners and factories to BOA’s process
Work with PPID Lead and Brand Partners to complete model sample reviews and finalize Product Approval Forms so that models can move to mass production
Manage model data in D365/XRM as it goes through the product lifecycle and analyze data matrix
Ensure all sample orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, limiting revisions and processing delays
Create all custom color requests in a timely manner and deliver all corresponding documentations
Work with BOA Factory Training teams and PPID Lead to adequately initiate and schedule brand development and factory training visits during corr ect timelines within the project
Limited travel may be necessary, either domestically or internationally
Required Qualifications

Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrated technical aptitude to quickly learn BOA’s products and components
Organized project management approach as well as high attention to detail to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet Brand Partner deadlines
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people acr oss the globe
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Skills in graphic design software to record and develop internal development documents
Experience and understanding of footwear construction and development process
Formal project management experience
PC based MRP/ERP knowledge and experience
Experience working with teams in Asia

Legal Statement
For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is from 2156.- EUR gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills.
