We’re looking for a Manager, Performance & Rewards to help shape how we attract, develop, motivate, and reward talent across our global organization. In this role, you’ll drive key performance and rewards initiatives that support employees across our Brands, Regions, and Group Functions. From job architecture and compensation programs to performance management, analytics, and global HR projects, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our people practices remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with Amer Sports’ business strategy.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and continuously develop the global Job Architecture, ensuring consistent job leveling, structures, and career frameworks across Brands, Regions, and Group Functions.
  • Manage global rewards programs, including base pay, salary structures, merit reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the annual performance review and goal-setting process in partnership with HR teams across the organization.
  • Develop tools, guidelines, and training materials to support HR partners on Performance & Rewards topics and foster collaboration across the global HR community.
  • Act as PMO for Performance & Rewards projects and serve as the key point of contact for HR Technology teams on relevant processes and systems.
  • Manage regular Performance & Rewards reporting and analytics, while partnering with Finance on compensation planning and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with global performance and rewards policies, working closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking activities and vendor relationships, evaluate market trends, and contribute to broader Total Rewards and HR initiatives.

What you need to succeed

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoys working in a global environment:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR field.
  • Experience working in a global and complex organization, ideally across multiple brands, functions, or regions.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, job architecture, job evaluation, pay equity, and incentive programs.
  • Experience managing annual performance and compensation cycles.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved
  • A pragmatic, curious approach to challenges with a focus on meaningful impact
  • Motivation to contribute to work that supports healthier, more active lives
