Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for a colleague to join us in this journey as a Lead – Learning Experience Designer. We are looking for someone who has a passion for development and has successfully scaled and delivered innovative learning experiences using both traditional tools and AI.

Your mission

As a Lead – Learning Experience Designer, you will be an architect of On’s internal learning ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in the Engagement & Growth team by designing and scaling world-class learning experiences in our AI-first platform. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex business needs and engaging, high-impact instructional content that empowers every team member at On to grow at the speed of the brand. You are a hands-on expert who blends pedagogical excellence with cutting-edge technology to foster a culture of continuous learning.

– You will design and develop end-to-end learning journeys, programs, and digital content using instructional design frameworks tailored for a high-growth environment.
– You will lead the continued implementation of our AI-first learning platform, leveraging its AI capabilities to personalize and automate learning paths.
– You will create high-quality multimedia assets, including video, interactive simulations etc., ensuring a premium “On” look and feel.
– You will manage the full lifecycle of global learning projects from a Learning Experience design perspective, from initial discovery and scoping to delivery and post-launch optimization.
– You will oversee the administration and strategic roadmap of our Learning tech environments, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.
– You will establish and monitor quality standards for all digital learning content, ensuring consistency and pedagogical effectiveness across the organization.
– You will act as a strategic consultant to internal teams, conducting thorough needs analyses to ensure learning solutions on our platform solve real performance challenges.
– You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning initiatives, using data to iterate on content and prove the impact of development programs.
– You will occasionally run “train-the-trainer” sessions to empower SMEs to contribute high-quality content to the learning ecosystem.

Your story

– You have deep expertise in learning program development as a Learning Experience Designer and/or Instructional Designer with 5+ years of relevant experience.
– You have a deep understanding of the latest approaches, trends and technologies when it comes to learning and development.
– You have experience of using AI in your work, to create world class learning experiences and improve our ways of working.
– You learn quickly with solid project- and stakeholder management skills, are results-driven, and self-motivated.
– You are passionate about people, career growth, and delivering exceptional learning experiences.
– You are a creative problem solver, agile and resourceful, you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
-You can switch easily between being a strategic thinker, and hands-on execution.
– You are used to working in a frequently changing, fast-paced environment.
– You are fluent in English.
– You are flexible for occasional travel to different offices or store locations.
