Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. This role is the backbone of our internal comms and engagement work. It ensures seamless execution of internal comms content creation, multi-channel communication initiatives, and internal events and engagement coordination, to connect our employee community to what is happening day to day in our business and our broader purpose to save our home planet.
Main tasks:
• Content curation: facilitate discussion and information flow with functional EMEA teams (Marketing & Impact, People + Culture,Retail, Buying, Circularity and Quality, Finance etc.) to surface and gather content for internal comms or engagement platforms (newsletters, townhalls, internet articles, events etc.). Critically curate topics to represent full breadth of teams and activities, engage with audiences, and align with Internal Comms roadmap and calendar.
• Content production: with oversight from the Internal Comms Manager, produce content for our internal comms channels (newsletters, videos, intranet articles, presentations, posters etc.) to ensure consistent messaging, consistent tone of voice, and optimal frequency of information. Actively apply a justice and belonging lens.
• Multi- channel communication execution: plan and manage the internal comms and engagement calendar with the Internal Comms Manager. Maintain and optimize our internal comms channels and tools (including sending invitations to townhalls and talks, moderating, sending newsletters, updating intranet etc.) and monitor engagement and impact. Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance reach, experience, and adoption cross a diverse employee population. Own EMEA intranet and manage how functional teams use it and provide first line information and communication to EMEA
• Culture activation, engagement & storytelling: in alignment with Internal Comms roadmap and calendar, curate topics for employee engagement on sports, product, environmental activism, justice and belonging, and suggest format. Plan, organize, and execute internal events and activations for employees, including managing logistics and budget with the Amsterdam Office or Amsterdam Store Managers, managing the guests of respective functional teams, managing the technology setup with the IT team, moderating, setting up Q&A etc., to create a high engagement culture with employees.
• Elevating internal comms : support the Internal Comms Manager with any needs as it relates to change or leadership communication, feedback tools, internal comms innovation etc. to elevate internal comms practices.

• Internal communications are executed seamlessly and consistently across channels, with high-quality, well-curated content reinforcing a clear, human, purpose-led tone of voice
• Employees experience engaging and inclusive communication moments and events, that connects them emotionally to our purpose, values, and what matters to us
• Internal comms channels and processes are well maintained, reliable, and continuously improving
Other important details:
• This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days a week
