Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
– Start date: September 1st
– Duration: 6 months
– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
– Note: This is a paid internship

Your mission

– Ongoing management of the Global PR calendar
– Support in liaising with the Global PR agency
– Collation of media monitoring reports
– PR toolkit & asset distribution
– Support in liaising with internal / market teams
– Managing uploads to the Pressroom site
– Manage product seeding processes, including order tracking, packaging coordination and distribution to media
– Help coordinate PR campaigns and product launches by tracking timelines, organising assets and supporting communication with internal teams and external agencies

Your story

– You are genuinely curious about PR, storytelling and brand communications, with a strong desire to learn how media, culture and VIP influence shape brand perception
– You bring a growth mindset and are excited to challenge yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone to support campaigns, launches and activations
– You are highly organised and eager to develop your ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and assets in a fast-paced environment
– You are proactive and motivated, taking initiative to learn, contribute ideas and continuously improve how you approach tasks
– You are an open and collaborative communicator, keen to learn from others and build strong working relationships across teams and partners

Meet the team

The mission of the Global Brand PR team is to effectively drive brand awareness, credibility product desire through impactful media coverage across print, online and social media. Within the business, Global Brand PR provides the overall PR vision as well as direction on upcoming global campaigns in order to guide local Brand PR teams in support of their local execution.

Collaboration with local teams is therefore key for the strongest overall impact.
