We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission
– Identify the next generation of creators, crews, cultural tastemakers to elevate On’s presence in both performance and sneaker culture
– Monitor and report on local youth culture, community shifts, and competitive signals to keep the brand ahead of the curve
– Help launch regional and global campaigns through strategic storytelling, product seeding and events
– Collaborate on liaison with sub-regional agencies, providing the assets and strategic guidance needed to localise global narratives
– Facilitate the creation of culturally relevant content and support on brand initiatives that drive earned media and community engagement
Your story
– Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field (prior internship experience in brand/PR is a plus)
– Deep, authentic connection to sports and/or sneaker community. You know who’s who and what’s next
– Fluent in English (internal language and team peers), skills in French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
– A self-starting, hands-on mindset. You are organized enough to manage your own projects and social enough to excite our partners
– A true team player who is solution-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

We are On’s South Europe Marketing Team, united by a clear mission: to amplify On’s brand, ignite brand love and build deep, lasting connections with our fans and communities in South Europe (France, Italy, Spain).
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of two dynamic forces: the Brand Comms South Team, a forward-thinking group that shapes the overarching brand narrative and creative frameworks across the sub-region and the Brand Activation South Team, your peers supporting our wholesale partners and delivering B2B activation
