As the Lead – Key Account Marketing, Canada, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our most significant sneaker and sport-fashion retail partners in the Canadian market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Canada, you will drive the go-to-market excellence, ensuring that global brand initiatives are translated into premium, locally relevant, and high-impact account tactics. You will act as a strategic driver between global storytelling and regional execution, managing complex budgets and cross-functional partnerships to deliver world-class retail experiences that ignite the human spirit through movement.
Your mission
– Define and lead the integrated go-to-market strategy for key Canadian retail partners, encompassing product launches, brand campaigns, and bespoke community events
– Oversee the day-to-day deployment of multi-channel marketing activations across digital and physical touchpoints to ensure consistent, premium brand representation
– Partner with internal Sales, Creative, and Digital teams to align marketing investments with commercial objectives and regional growth targets
– Utilize complex data and account insights to produce comprehensive reports that analyze campaign success and inform future strategic pivots
– Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that in-store product presentation reflects On’s high standards of excellence and design
– Manage and optimize large marketing budgets across multiple key accounts, ensuring financial precision and maximum return on investment
– Drive innovation within the B2B landscape by identifying unconventional ways to deliver results and deliver moments of wow to our fans
– Navigate the complexities of a matrixed organization to streamline communication between global sub-functions and local execution teams
Your story
– You bring 6+ years of functional experience in B2B marketing, wholesale channel management, or retail brand marketing within a premium and lifestyle-oriented global retailer or supporting large strategic accounts in that space
– Deep knowledge of fashion and sneaker trends, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies
– You possess a deep understanding of the wholesale environment in Canada, specifically in managing the intersection of trade marketing, brand storytelling, and commercial strategy
– You have a proven track record of executing multi-channel account marketing plans, balancing central global strategy with the regional flexibility required for the Canadian market
– An in-depth understanding of the Canadian consumer, omnichannel retail dynamics, and how to translate global brand aesthetics into compelling local physical experiences
– You demonstrate an ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends to inform account-specific tools and campaign rollouts
– A keen eye for design, ensuring every touchpoint upholds On’s premium visual language and quality standards, consistently delivering exceptional execution and high-quality outputs
– You are able to travel up to 30% of the time to On’s global hubs, retail partners, and creative moments, with travel percentage fluctuating based on business needs
