Account Executive, UGG – Spain (Sales)

The Role:

As an Account Executive for UGG in Spain, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing sales with retailers in your territory. You’ll optimize the account portfolio, develop brand strategy, and be a key partner in helping retailers connect UGG with consumers through training, merchandising, and promotions. You’ll also collaborate on projects and support the division and company with flexibility and a team mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales drive and commercial orientation to drive the market activation for Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact:

• Manage and maintain the customer database for your territory
• Provide seasonal forecasts and collection feedback for your account portfolio
• Present new collections and secure orders from retailers
• Train retail floor staff and ensure strong in-store brand presence
• Organize promotions and sales demonstrations in stores
• Represent UGG at consumer events and races
• Report field activities, including competitor insights, to the company
• Contribute to sales efficiency and effectiveness of the UGG brand
• Plan and budget each account by category, strategically arrange customer appointments, and ensure timely submission of orders and admin
• Build strong professional relationships with buyers and owners for each account
• Propose new accounts and opportunities to the National Sales Manager
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the brand is presented in line with current guidelines

• Some wholesale experience working in sales, ideally within footwear or fashion
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and using Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with audiences
• Available to travel weekly within the territory and potentially beyond
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Full, valid driving licence
