Are you a student of Finance or Economics and looking to kick-start your career in accounting?
Join Amer Sports and gain hands-on experience in Record to Report processes! We are currently looking for intern to join our Journal Entry & Reporting Team, supporting key areas of our accounting operations. As a Record to Report Accounting Assistant, you will gain exposure to financial processes and learn how international accounting operations are managed in a global company.

What you will be doing:

General Ledger & Daily Operations

• Processing daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks related to General Ledger
• Supporting period-end closing tasks in accordance with the corporate schedule

Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts (accruals, prepaids, etc.)
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data

Collaboration & Compliance

• Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Supporting external and internal audits
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate policies

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Assisting in creating and maintaining process documentation
• Identifying and proposing process improvements

What you need to succeed:

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ongoing studies are welcome).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and task prioritization.
• Communication skills and a team-player mindset.
