We’re looking for Record to Report Accounting Assistant for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków.

What you will be doing

• Fixed assets accounting – maintaining fixed assets and assets under construction, running depreciation, and reconciling fixed assets and lease accounts.
• Financial closing activities – performing closing tasks according to the group schedule.
• Audit support – assisting with interim and year-end audits.
• Stakeholder collaboration & issue resolution – interfacing with Financial Controllers to communicate and resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Process improvement & internal controls – identifying process improvement opportunities, adhering to internal control procedures, and ensuring compliance with current operating procedures.
• Accounting support & compliance – performing additional accounting tasks, supporting projects as required, and following AS and AS GBS internal regulations, policies, and employee obligations.

What you need to succeed

• Education – background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Language skills – very good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• Technical skills – good knowledge of Excel and ability to work effectively with financial data and reports.
• Relevant experience – experience in fixed assets accounting, financial closing activities, reconciliations, audit support, and accounting operations.
• Role-relevant skills – strong attention to detail, accuracy, effective time and task management, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
