We’re seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Record to Report Accounting Assistant to handle timely and qualitative execution of Accounting Operations activities (according to the defined activity split) in Record to Report transactions (General Ledger, Period End Closing, Banks Postings). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, be a quick learner, motivated and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment.

What you will be doing

• Bank Transaction Processing: Processing bank transactions.

• Bank Reconciliation & Closing Activities: Reconciling bank accounts and performing closing tasks according to the Group schedule.

• Audit & Reporting Support: Assisting with interim and year-end audits and supporting the Reporting Team during month-end closing to ensure timely statutory reporting.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating and resolving issues and discrepancies with Customer Service, Sales organizations and Financial Controllers.

• Process Improvement & Internal Controls: Identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and operating guidelines.

What you need to succeed

• Education: Background in Economics or Finance.

• Language Skills: Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Time & Task Management: Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
