Please note: This role requires partial coverage of later hours during the day to support our North American entities. Flexible working hours (30–40h/week) are offered, but should follow a pre-agreed schedule aligned with team and business needs.

Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our Indirect Procurement Excellence Team in Kraków. If you’re passionate about sourcing, process improvements, and working in a dynamic, international environment — this is your opportunity to grow with global procurement experts and gain hands-on experience in digital procurement tools like SAP Ariba.

What you will be doing:

• Purchase Requisition Validation: Support the operational procurement process by validating purchase requests.
• End User Support: Respond to user queries via ticketing tools and email, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Tool Maintenance & Implementation: Contribute to the upkeep and roll-out of purchasing platforms, including SAP Ariba.
• Process Improvement: Document, propose, and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and compliance.

What you need to succeed:

• Procurement Interest & Engagement: Have strong interest in procurement processes and willingness to be part of e-procurement activities.
• Education & Experience: Procurement, economic, sourcing or commerce orientated education and/or experience is a plus.
• Communication & Multinational Mindset: Communicate easily in English; French, German or other languages are a plus, and be willing to work in a multinational environment.
• Tools: Have proven knowledge of tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attitude: Demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude.

Additionally, you should be interested in:

• Gaining deep understanding and solid experience in the indirect procurement process.
• Learning and supporting SAP Ariba tools to strengthen seller–buyer relations and act as an e-procurement solution.
• Supporting projects using expertise acquired during the internship.
• Proposing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
• Representing Amer Sports professionally outside the organization.
