Join our international HR team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations and employee support. You’ll have the opportunity to work on day-to-day HR activities, collaborate across countries and develop your professional skills in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing

• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  Support key HR activities throughout the employee journey, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
• Ensure administrative excellence in HR operations
  Manage HR correspondence and documentation, supporting accurate and efficient delivery of HR administrative processes.
• Coordinate international HR communications and initiatives
  Facilitate cross-country communication and support international HR activities and initiatives across assigned countries.
• Support employee benefits administration
  Assist with employee benefits programs, including managing the JobRad program, processing requests and preparing reports.
• Contribute to HR projects and collaborate with stakeholders
  Support strategic HR projects at local and EMEA levels, while partnering with HR Shared Services on key processes such as employment contracts, references and employee documentation.

What you need to succeed

• Education
  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Language skills
  Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• Relevant HR experience
  Previous experience in HR administration or a similar HR-related role would be an advantage.
• Technical skills
  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with previous experience using HR systems or HR software considered a plus.
• Communication and collaboration skills
  Ability to work independently while being a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in HR operations, cross-cultural collaboration and employee experience.
