We are looking for a passionate and customer oriented Visual Merchandiser for our Flagship store in Stockholm, who has an experience in visual merchandising and in personal sales and find it easy to establish contacts with customers.

This is a fixed term (maternity cover) full-time position based in our flagship store on Biblioteksgatan, reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Area Visual Merchandiser.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To shape the store’s look and feel by combining brand guidelines with local insight and sales data.

• Responsible for creating a visually inspiring customer journey that not only reflects the brand but also drives sales.

• Play a key role in coaching the team and acting as the go-to person for all things visual in-store.

• Ensure the visual retail standards are maintained in the store.

• Plan and execute campaign set ups including windows and instore visual displays in accordance with VM Guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Proven visual merchandising experience, demonstrated ability to deliver high visual standards in a retail store, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand.

• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings as well as weekends. Some of these shifts primarily focused on supporting sales on the floor during peak trading times, in addition to visual execution.
