ABOUT THE POSITION
As our Trade Marketing Specialist in Poland, you will join our European Marketing team and report to the Trade Marketing Manager based in the Czech Republic. In a context of strong growth in Poland — with new partner stores, outlet expansion and e-commerce development — your role will be key in strengthening our local execution and building a more impactful presence on the ground.
You will operate at the intersection of sales, retail and marketing, working closely with local Sales teams, key wholesale accounts and internal stakeholders across Europe. Your responsibility will be to translate global plans into relevant, well-executed local activations.
This is a strongly execution-focused role. You will be directly involved in bringing campaigns and store activations to life in the market, rather than defining global brand strategy.
A key part of your role will also be to support the expansion of our partner store network, contributing to new store openings from early planning stages to full launch execution.
You will act as the go-to marketing contact for Poland, bringing local insights, ensuring language accuracy and helping the brand connect more effectively with the local market.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

YOU ARE

-
Curious about the market, trends and consumer behaviour in Poland
-

-
Independent, while knowing when to align and ask for support
YOU HAVE
-
Around 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, in-store marketing or a related field
