We are looking for a motivated and analytically driven Summer Trainee to join our Strategic Finance Team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of strategic finance topics, with responsibilities tailored to your background, skill set, and — most importantly — your eagerness to learn. Ideally, you are close to graduation and interested in continuing with us after the summer in a hourly role.

What you will be doing:

• Support the capital allocation governance process and help develop frameworks to effectively allocate capital across the Group and brands.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of capital allocation and project evaluation methodologies.
• Review brands’ strategic investment analyses and business cases (capital appropriation requests) and ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic and financial targets.
• Support the senior leadership team by preparing and following up on capital committee meetings.
• Monitor the performance of investments and provide updates and optimization recommendations.
• Support the development and maintenance of cash flow models for analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Analyze trends and key drivers impacting KPIs, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular management reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree graduating in 2026–2027.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling.
• Some previous experience in corporate finance, consulting, strategy, or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a critical, solution-oriented mindset.
