We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team in Frankfurt. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and is ready to take their next step towards store management.

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the key connection between store leadership and the sales team, helping drive both exceptional service and strong sales performance.

About the role

This is an entry‑level management role with real development potential. We believe our Store Supervisors play a key role in store success and we are committed to supporting their journey towards future management opportunities.

You’ll use your sales mindset, communication skills and leadership presence to support the team and elevate the overall store performance.

How you’ll make a difference

You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by:

• Helping drive sales and profitability

• Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Ensuring the store is always customer‑ready and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards

• Supporting operational excellence and ensuring policies and procedures are followed

• Understanding key KPIs and actively contributing to achieving store targets

What we’re looking for

You might be the perfect fit if you:

• Love working with people and lead by example with energy, enthusiasm and a hands‑on mindset

• Create a positive, supportive and fun team environment

• Are comfortable taking responsibility, including opening and closing the store when needed

• Bring retail experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands

• Communicate confidently in German and English

• Are comfortable working with MS Office and POS systems

• Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
