In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sustainable and profitable growth across Germany and Austria — building strong, long‑term partnerships with key specialty retailers, executing our strategic vision for active categories, and elevating the customer experience through a relationship‑driven, in‑house sales approach. We are looking for two positions:

Specialty Sales Representative Germany (excluding Bavaria) – Field-based
-
Specialty Sales Representative Bavaria & Austria – Based in Munich
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow specialty retail accounts across Germany, with a strong focus on key specialists and Epi Centers

Execute the Central Europe sales and distribution strategy in your region

Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships
-
Take ownership of revenue, budget, and forecasting for your territory

Create data‑based, profitable assortment proposals tailored to your accounts

Plan and implement managed spaces and ensure strong in‑store brand presence

Collaborate closely with back‑office, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution

Job Requirements:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in sporting goods, outdoor, ski, or apparel
-
Experience in omnichannel or digital account management is a strong plus
-
Solid understanding of strategic sales processes and Epi Center–driven marketplaces
-
Strong communication skills with fluent German and good–advanced English

Confident user of MS Office and common CRM systems
