Join Our Global Transportation Procurement Team – Make Every Shipment Count! Take ownership of global spot shipments and transport service management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are looking for an experienced forwarding professional ready to deliver hands-on solutions from day one.

What you will be doing:

• Manage end-to-end spot shipment requests using tender tools and SAP.
• Nominate carriers and forwarders, follow up on shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain and continuously optimize a transport service catalogue for multiple brands.
• Promote cost-effective transport modes, balancing cost, lead time, and service quality.
• Monitor performance, analyze quotations, and report results to support decision-making.
• Handle cost adjustments and keep tender tools up to date.
• Collaborate with global teams and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

What you need to succeed:

• Certified freight forwarding agent or equivalent experience in transport procurement.
• Hands-on experience managing spot requests, shipment quotations, and transport services.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
• Skilled in SAP, tender tools, and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, ensuring accuracy in shipments, quotations, and invoicing.
• Independent and proactive, capable of handling urgent, time-critical shipments.
• Results-driven with a practical mindset for delivering actionable transport solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams across time zones.
