Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for an experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to join our growing IT team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will take ownership of the platform’s technical direction, designing and implementing best-in-class solutions while ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business goals. Working closely with developers, process owners, and global stakeholders, you will shape the future of ServiceNow at Amer Sports.

What you will be doing:

Architecture & Design

• Design, develop, and own technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure all platform enhancements follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform strategy, technical requirements, and implementation roadmaps.

Development & Integration

• Perform advanced development within ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, and UI policies.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems such as SAP, Jira, and LDAP.
• Oversee instance cloning, platform upgrades, and performance tuning.

Leadership & Governance

• Guide development teams, review user stories, and estimate technical efforts.
• Partner with the platform owner to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Lead by example in continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring the platform evolves alongside business needs.

What you need to succeed:

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including 4+ years in architecture or technical design.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, CSDM, Discovery(CSM, HRSD and AI experience a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation strategies and best practices.
• Ability to manage and communicate complex information clearly across teams.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT operations.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
