The Senior Specialist, Retail Operations plays a critical role in supporting the daily execution of store operations across the fleet. This position ensures operational excellence by serving as a key point of contact for field teams, maintaining clear communication channels, and supporting systems, tools, and resources that enable stores to operate efficiently and consistently.
 
Reporting to the Manager of Retail Operations & NSOs, this role helps drive operational alignment, enhance processes, and support scalable growth across retail locations.
This role is based out of our London office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. We are looking for a possible starting date of May 1st, 2026.

The Store Development and Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our organization’s operations, growth, and achievement of business goals. Retail Operations is in service to the commercial-retail business and creates best-in-class guest experiences, store programming and processes. If you were the Retail Operations Senior Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Support day-to-day store operations by responding to field inquiries, troubleshooting issues,  and ensuring timely follow-up on operational needs
  • Manage and maintain the Retail Operations inbox, triaging requests, escalating when appropriate, and ensuring clear, professional communication
  • Oversee ordering and inventory coordination for store supplies, including hangers and shopping bags, ensuring stores are adequately stocked
  • Support with communications via Zipline to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable messaging to store teams
  • Upload, organize, and maintain operational resources, SOPs, and reference materials to ensure accessibility and version control
  • Collaborate with NSOs to support new store openings, including operational readiness and supply coordination
  • Supporting with our Store Matrix List, and our Distribution lists
  • Supporting our store systems through cegid POS/Inventory, SAP ECC, such as:
  • Executing the monthly EMEA marketing materials write-off process in SAP ECC, ensuring accurate posting and correct store-level financial attribution
  • Supporting inventory movements across EMEA stores and distribution centers, including resolution of discrepancies and consignment stock issues
  • Monitoring and resolving failed or “stuck” inventory transfers between SAP ECC and Cegid POS systems
  • Assisting with store-level inventory or transaction issues that block product from being received or sold
  • Creating, correcting, and supporting inventory transfers and ALF (advanced livraison forme) documentation to enable store receivability

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Creating and implementing resource style guides, inclusive of style, tone, and formatting
  • Developing and evolving communication and resource templates for EMEA markets
  • Developing new ways to manage the work across our teams, including new processes, practices and procedures
  • Working with translation and localization services to ensure communications can be scaled
