What you will be doing:

• Managing bank operations and monitoring daily cash flow to ensure smooth and accurate Treasury execution
• Reconciling bank, loan and suspense accounts and supporting period-end closing activities
• Performing daily, monthly and quarterly Record-to-Report tasks independently
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls
• Cooperating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Maintaining process documentation and driving continuous improvements
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team success
• Working with tools such as Kyriba, SAP Finance, Excel and BlackLine

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in General Ledger / Bank Accounting with strong Treasury exposure
• Hands-on experience with Kyriba (must-have) and treasury/bank accounting processes
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, RTR processes and internal controls/SOX
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Very good English (written & spoken)
• Good Excel and SAP Finance skills (BlackLine is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive attitude
• Team-player mindset with strong communication and time-management skills
