We are currently looking for an intern to join our Record to Report (RtR) Team, with a focus on the Banks & Treasury area.

As a Record to Report Accounting Assistant, you will gain exposure to financial processes and learn how international accounting operations are managed in a global company. 

What you will be doing:

• Bank transactions & reconciliations: processing daily, monthly and ad-hoc bank transactions, performing bank account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Period-end closing & reporting support: supporting month-end, interim and year-end closing activities in line with group schedules, assisting the Reporting Team to ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting.
• Audit, controls & compliance: supporting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls, corporate policies and operating procedures.
• Process documentation & improvement: creating and maintaining process documentation, identifying and proposing process improvement opportunities, supporting additional accounting tasks and projects as needed.

What you need to succeed:

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ongoing studies are welcome).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and task prioritization.
• Communication skills and a team-player mindset.
