Let’s Talk about the Role

Our Reception in Pederobba is the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, both internal and external. Therefore, the successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and solid communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner, ensuring all are registered accordingly

• Supporting the office service team with activities as needed

• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed

• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments, managing enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Handling and sorting incoming and outgoing emails, redirecting to the central inbox

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Managing bookings of internal meeting rooms as required

• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Skills for Success

• Good level of English, verbal and written

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
