Your role is to develop Babolat’s Tennis business nationwide by deepening your knowledge of the various players in the distribution network and ensuring Babolat’s visibility in clubs, venues of practice and, more broadly, within the tennis universe.

Your main missions:
Promotions
- Coordination and execution of Tennis activations in the network of clubs and academies in his/her area (mainly (demo days) events), with the aim of increasing knowledge of Babolat Tennis in the places of practice and promoting the sale of products through the points of sale established for his/her area.
- Find, recruit and retain Tennis coaches, whose mission will be to collaborate with the points of sale to fuel the sell out of Babolat Tennis products and services.
- Find, recruit and keep local and national Tennis players management of the signature of the contract and management of the related orders. Continuative exchange with the national marketing team about the most prospective players following the scouting’s guidelines.
- Organization and implementation of Babolat Tennis coach conventions.
- Management of logistics and participation in Tennis events organized by Babolat directly, or through sponsorship relationships established by the Brand in his/her area and throughout the country.
Sell In and Sell Out
- Knowledge of the products in the Babolat Tennis range, the benefits offered to the consumer, their technologies and sales arguments.
- Knowledge of the commercial and promotional conditions that form part of Babolat Tennis’ strategy.
- Sell out support for Match and Set Tennis retailers in his/her area and carry out online presentations of the range if necessary.
- Staff training and support in Babolat Tennis stores.
- Ensure brand visibility in physical and online stores according to the brand’s marketing strategy in his/her area.
- Prospecting, approaching and assessing the needs of new stores and clubs with Tennis sales potential.
- Collection of information on our sales processes, products and promotional actions, as well as all relevant information on the Tennis market to offer the marketing team professional and accurate feedback, including improvement proposals for current and future ranges.
Profil
Graduate from a Bachelor’s degree in Business School / Sport Management (or equivalent), ideally with a marketing specialization, you have experience in a similar role within the tennis/sport universe and a strong knowledge of the Italian tennis environment.
Tennis passionate, with personal experience as a former player and/or coach, you understand how clubs operate and you are able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You have the ability to negotiate contracts and manage commercial conditions with professionalism and a results-driven mindset.
Autonomy, sens of service, excellent communication, ability to establish positive relationship with colleagues will be assets to succeed in this position.
You communicate effectively in English and you are ready to travel frequently and be on the field on a daily basis.
