Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Paid Media Specialist for EMEA, you are responsible for driving awareness and guest acquisition through paid activations across the region. In this role you are responsible for the execution of paid media strategies and the development of tactical plans of EMEA Brand Marketing activations.
You work on a variety of different projects, from the execution of Top-of-Funnel paid media strategies for Brand & Product Campaigns to the tactical planning of Brand Experiences and new store opening promotions across EMEA. You work collaboratively with the Brand Communications and other regional and global teams as well as our external agencies to deliver on our regional paid media strategy.

If you were in the Paid Media Specialist, EMEA role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Execute paid media strategies for EMEA Brand Marketing activations
- Manage the Top-of-Funnel paid media activations for seasonal Brand and Product campaigns
- Build media plans based on campaign objectives (awareness, traffic, conversion)
- Define and oversee budget allocation across a variety of paid media activations and advertising channels
- Analyze cross-channel performance and identify optimisation levers and actionable insights
- Run structured A/B testing (audiences, creatives, landing pages)
- Deliver campaign reports to regional and global communications leadership
- Manage the EMEA paid media digital agency
- Plan, brief and review paid assets and copies
- Work cross-functionally with the regional and global teams to create strong paid media plans
- Collaborate with the EMEA Digital Commerce team to align paid media initiatives and brand execution across all digital touchpoints and throughout the Full Marketing Funnel.
- Regularly update internal teams on paid media plans and strategies for all activities – own and lead the topics from a paid media side
- Optimize structures and processes to improve efficiency and facilitate cross-functional success
- Stay up to date with digital media and AdTech trends
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of major advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms that allow you to understand the media ecosystem and plan campaigns to hit business goals
- Advanced understanding of performance KPIs
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels
- Knowledge of tracking, pixels, and UTM structures

Are you our next Paid Media Specialist, EMEA?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in the field of advertising, digital marketing or a related discipline with 3+ years experience in Paid Media Strategy and Top-of-Funnel Advertising (in house or agency).
- You have a track record in working consumer-centric industry, preferably with lifestyle and cultural brands.
- You have experience managing regional or multi market paid media strategies, balancing global frameworks with the unique needs of local communities.
- You have a strong analytical thinking and are performance driven
- Ability to negotiate while working within a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- An enthusiastic approach to evolving and improving existing brand awareness strategies.
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to leaving it better
