What you will be doing:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Manager of Treasury Systems & Projects to lead the transformation of treasury operations through technology, automation, and strategic initiatives. This role will oversee Kyriba and other treasury platforms, manage global projects, and play a key role in evaluating and implementing solutions to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Systems Management & Kyriba Administration:

• Serve as the global administrator and subject matter expert for Kyriba. Oversee system configurations, user access, workflows, and integrations with ERP and banking platforms.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure system stability, upgrades, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Maintain and enhance Kyriba workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support system integrations and automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Kyriba-related or system issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Projects & Innovation:

• Lead treasury transformation initiatives including system implementations, bank connectivity, and process automation.
• Evaluate and implement AI and machine learning tools to improve cash forecasting, fraud detection, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align treasury technology with broader enterprise digital strategies.
• Assist with Balance Sheet Hedge implementation

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement improvements in cash management, forecasting, payments, and reporting.
• Standardize global treasury processes and documentation.
• Support internal controls and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, audit readiness).

Data & Reporting:

• Design and deliver dashboards and reports for cash visibility, liquidity, and performance metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and regions.
• Provide insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a key liaison between treasury, finance, IT, and external partners.
• Train and support global users on Kyriba and treasury processes.
• Represent treasury in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in treasury operations, systems management, or financial technology.
• Proven experience with Kyriba (administration, configuration, and reporting).
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a global, multi-entity environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and bank connectivity protocols (e.g., SWIFT, host-to-host).
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, data analytics platforms, or machine learning applications in finance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Treasury transformation or system implementation experience.
• Exposure to global banking structures, FX, and liquidity management.
• Experience with Kyriba, APIs, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-powered forecasting or anomaly detection tools.

A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is $120,000 – $150,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
