What you will be doing:

• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports within a defined reporting framework
• Ensure data availability, consistency, and basic quality across reporting tools
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support accuracy checks
• Collaborate with freight auditors on data queries, accruals, and report follow-ups
• Prepare and document reports to support knowledge sharing and continuity
• Support transportation cost transparency through structured data preparation and analysis
• Assist senior analysts in explaining cost differences between systems and invoices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes

What you need to succeed:

• Degree in a data-related field (e.g. Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science) or initial hands-on experience in data analysis or reporting
• Strong skills in Excel (advanced), Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Python or data modeling is a plus
• Initial experience in logistics, transportation, or accounting is an advantage
• Ability to organize work, manage tasks, and adapt in a changing environment
• Good communication skills and confidence working with international teams
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
