As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support hiring across our teams and play an active role in connecting great talent with exciting opportunities across our global organization.

This role is a great next step if you already have some experience in recruitment or HR support and want to further develop your skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and end‑to‑end recruitment processes—while working in a collaborative, international environment.

What you will be doing:

• Source candidates using internal databases and external channels such as LinkedIn and job boards
• Build and maintain targeted talent pools to support current and future hiring needs
• Review candidate profiles and conduct pre‑screening calls to assess skills, experience, and motivation
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
• Support the recruitment of entry‑level and specialist roles, including job postings and applicant tracking
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
• Take ownership of assigned recruitment tasks and actively contribute to process improvements within the team

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition is required
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality
• A candidate‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering a great stakeholder experience
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new tasks and procedures in a dynamic environment
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
