Amer Sports - IT Workspace Specialist - Kraków

Amer Sports is strengthening its Global IT Infrastructure team and looking for an IT Workspace Specialist to oversee and evolve our modern workspace landscape. If you have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and thrive in an international environment, this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

• Design, implement, and manage current and future technologies supporting core workspace services.
• Provide leadership and expertise on Microsoft solutions: Intune, Autopilot, Windows Hello, Windows 11, Azure, O365 user services.
• Write technical specifications, architecture documentation, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, Audit, and GDPR teams to align policies and procedures.
• Deliver Level 3 support for administration and incident resolution.
• Automate processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs), analyze results, and recommend strategic technology choices.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience with Autopilot / Intune / Jamf in an international environment.
• Expertise in mobile device management (Android, iOS).
• Strong background in securing workspace environments using Microsoft technologies (EDR).
• Hands-on experience in migration projects and modern workplace transformation.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Cybersecurity experience is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Azure, Windows Hello, and Windows 11 projects.
