Amer Sports - Invoice to Cash Accounting Specialist (Disputes&Credits) - Kraków

Hybrid, Kraków | Employment contract for a fixed term of 18 months

Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a detail-oriented Invoice to Cash Accounting Specialist – Disputes & Credits to join our international Order-to-Cash team.

In this role, you will play a key part in the O2C cycle, taking ownership of customer disputes and credit processes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure disputes are resolved accurately, on time, and in line with internal controls. This position combines operational accounting work with strong analytical thinking and process ownership in a controlled, audit-sensitive environment.

What you will be doing:

Dispute & credit management

• Reviewing, analyzing, and resolving customer disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Creating and processing credit notes in SAP in line with internal procedures.
• Handling carrier claims and write-off processing where applicable.
• Preparing order release documentation and supporting credit-related decisions.

Systems & controls

• Working daily with the SAP system and dispute management tools.
• Owning Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance within the assigned scope.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the dispute process and proper documentation.
• Supporting reconciliations and audit requirements, including BlackLine and process walkthroughs.

Collaboration & communication

• Responding to inquiries from collectors and other internal teams.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Ensuring clear communication and follow-up until disputes are fully resolved.

Operational support

• Performing additional accounting tasks and ad-hoc activities as assigned.
• Supporting the stability and efficiency of the Order-to-Cash process.

What you need to succeed:

• Accountant-level background or equivalent professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge of credit processes and dispute resolution.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an investigative mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work independently.
• A collaborative, team-player attitude.
