In this role, you will lead and execute the B2B sales strategy for Central Europe. You will drive significant revenue growth by building high‑performing sales teams, strengthening key client partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with local marketing, demand planning, and product development teams, you will shape regional planning and ensure future products meet market needs. Using data‑driven insights and clear KPIs, you will continuously optimize performance and stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Execute the B2B sales strategy for the Central Europe region in alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Work in close contact with demand planning and take over responsibility for your regional planning

  • Be part of the product development process to secure that needs are covered and future products are developed.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and professional growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Drive significant revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Key Competences & Skills Required

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high‑performing teams

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a strong focus on target achievement and business growth

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, using market insights and data to inform decisions

  • Deep industry knowledge and market understanding across Central Europe.

  • Solid digital proficiency, including strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Education & language requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or other related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Fluency in English and German is required, both written and spoken.
