At Amer Sports, our legal function plays a critical role in enabling growth while ensuring compliance and control across a global, multi‑brand organization. We are looking for a Legal Systems Specialist to take ownership of our legal technology environment, with a strong focus on our contract management system.

You will collaborate closely with the Legal team, IT, and external vendors to ensure our contract management processes are efficient, audit‑ready, and well embedded across the organization.

What you will be doing:

Own and run legal platforms

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of our Contract Management System, ensuring reliable operations, accurate data, and appropriate access controls
• Act as the primary point of contact for Legal, business users, IT, and vendors across legal platforms
• Monitor platform health, configuration, and data quality to ensure consistent and compliant usage

User support, adoption & enablement

• Own the Contract Management System support queue, resolving first‑line user requests independently and coordinating escalations with IT and vendors when needed
• Design and drive a structured adoption program, including training materials, workshops, and user communication
• Promote best practices and ensure contract management processes are well understood and consistently applied across brands and functions

Compliance, controls & audit readiness

• Implement and maintain internal controls related to legal platforms in line with SOX and corporate compliance standards
• Conduct access reviews, manage change approvals, support user acceptance testing, and ensure timely de‑provisioning
• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date documentation required for audits, including process maps, control evidence, and change logs

Reporting, improvement & collaboration

• Deliver regular reporting on platform usage, adoption, data quality, and control effectiveness
• Work closely with Legal on prioritization of platform enhancements and compliance‑driven requirements
• Coordinate with IT on infrastructure, integrations, security topics, and technical incidents
• Explore and support implementation of additional Contract Management System functionalities to meet evolving business needs

What you need to succeed:

• 3–5 years of experience in platform administration, application management, legal operations, or a similar role in a corporate environment
• Hands‑on experience administering enterprise business applications, ideally within a Legal, Compliance, Finance, or Operations context
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or legal operations platforms is highly valued; prior exposure to CobbleStone is a plus, but not required
• Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes in a corporate setting, with the ability to maintain control evidence and support audit readiness
• Experience driving user adoption, including training, communication, and change management across diverse user groups
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to transform platform data into clear insights and structured reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confidence working with Legal, IT, Finance, and senior leadership
• High attention to detail, accountability, and an ownership mindset — this is a compliance‑sensitive environment where precision matters
• Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows between applications (coding skills are not required)
• Comfortable working with modern productivity tools, including AI‑assisted workplace solutions
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for a global working environment
• Eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities and projects, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth
