We are looking for a Global Cybersecurity Program & Strategy Manager to build and lead a newly established function at the core of our cybersecurity transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic backbone of our enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Program — driving structure, governance, and measurable progress across a global portfolio. You will ensure transparency, risk reduction, regulatory alignment, and clear investment impact while enabling the execution of our Group Cybersecurity Strategy.

Operating at the intersection of Business and Technology, you will translate strategy into action and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Program design & governance: Design and continuously evolve our enterprise cybersecurity program, ensuring strong governance and clear alignment with business strategy and risk priorities.
• Steering & delivery alignment: Lead and steer key security initiatives end-to-end, fostering strong collaboration across IT, Business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and PMO teams within Agile/SAFe environments.
• Methodology leadership: Champion structured program management practices, providing guidance and standards to ensure consistent and effective execution.
• Validation & compliance: Oversee control effectiveness and policy compliance through audits, assessments, and maturity reviews.
• Performance & reporting: Define and track meaningful KPIs and OKRs, delivering clear, executive-ready dashboards and risk insights.
• Strategic integration: Translate business and digital strategy into actionable cybersecurity roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Continuous improvement: Proactively identify gaps and evolve the program in response to emerging threats and regulatory changes.
• Financial & resource management: Ensure disciplined financial governance, smart investment decisions, and clear value creation for leadership.

What you need to succeed:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, program management, risk management, or enterprise transformation roles, with a strong track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs such as Zero Trust implementation, IAM modernization, Detection & Response evolution, or comparable enterprise-wide security initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and enterprise-wide programs, ensuring structured governance and measurable outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and experience in multinational and/or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with portfolio management, structured reporting, and PMO frameworks (Agile, SAFe, hybrid, Waterfall).
• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, PMP, PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Excellent executive communication skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong ownership, integrity, and business acumen — able to translate cybersecurity into measurable business value.
